I was treated very well in Myrtle Beach, S C. The pickup in West Palm Beach was less than adequit. I had to mention how dirty the car windows were. The lease person did take it through a car wash. Pick up was great and quick! Vehicle was great except it pulled to the right, needed an alignment or something. Drop off at airport - not so good. Hard time finding someone who spoke English, long walk to the shuttle and I was with my elderly mom who needed a wheelchair, and they were in a hurry for me to remove our bags and leave the car. Service in West Palm was friendly, but slow. Not enough staff to handle customers. Car was not clean, had paint chips and scratches and during trip passenger side mirror stopped working. Dropped off car in different location. Agent disinterested and overcharged for gasoline. On line help associate was very helpful.Reviewed 19 Mar 2024

Budget didn't have the car we reserved and forced us to take a minivan. Upon return, there was no one to process our drop off so we left the car. When someone finally checked it in, it was 13 minutes late and they charged us an extra day! Now I can't find anyone to try to get this sorted out! VERY disappointing.Reviewed 14 Mar 2024

Worst experience ever, no one available to help or give a receipt at turn in. hundreds of cars all over the parking lot. total chaos. the local office does not answer their phone. the 800 phone is manned by total untrained individuals. It was a complete disaster picking up the car. Long lines, no one working. The first car they gave me was not in the spot they told me it would be. I had to go back, they gave me another car, when I opened the door there was a woman in it. We both had the same car. I went back to the desk again (mind you, there were a ton of people in line and a ton of people with issues. I finally (after a long wait) got a car on the third attempt. NEVER AGAIN.
