Pros:Location is great, clean rooms with lots of sunlight, good continental breakfast, overall a great experience.
Cons:The guy receptionist said some bulls**t about necessity of St.Petersburgh registration, and he could do it for us for 200 roubles per person. And if we don't do it we could get in trouble with the police. We said that we will survive without it and refused his kind service. When you cross the border, they open an immigration card for you and register you on the system for free, which means that you don't need to register in cities separately, and the hotel found the way to make more money on tourists who may not know the rules. He also wanted to charge us extra 1000 roubles per night for the third person in the room, which didn't make sense because everything had been paid for on kayak. So we had to fight for waiving that fee too. And lastly, receptionists frequently left the main desk unattended, and since only they can open the front door, hotel guests had to wait outside and keep ringing the door bell which was quite annoying.
