Pros:The crew was excellent! Great service.
Cons:More options in movies of other languages.
As happened on the outbound journey to London, where the flight was canceled and rebooking took two days and several nights in a hotel, coming back was really no better. Again staffing issues and some misinformation as to the reasons, lead the story. We eventually boarded in London and then sat on the tarmac for a long time. Being 2 1/2 hours late to our Chicago destination I missed my connecting flight and there were none available until the next morning. A voucher was given for a hotel, but all the hotels in the area were fully booked. I resorted to finding a bus to get home. What a disaster of a one week holiday. One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had both coming and going. And I used to be such a devout British Airways customer from my many years of travel. Not any longer.

Cons:Seats are terrible. Crew didn't ask if I wanted to drink anything with the meal. Seemed like a budget flight.

Cons:My flight was serviced by British Airways. The temperature in the cabinet was very warm and there were no fan controls. The seats are very narrow. Miserable 9hr flight from London to Denver
