Dubai is a great airport so get there early to avoid the queues and enjoy the duty free shopping. Having said that, the prices were extremely high so we didn’t buy anything anyhow!

Over - amazing. The aircraft is somewhat old on this route.

Everything was great but the food portions and quality was awful

The best ever, friendly and attentive cabin crew, amazing captains who utilised their expertise for less turbulence, just overall amazing

Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.

Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.

Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

I would never have been able to make the transfer in time without asking for a wheelchair

Very uncomfortable aircraft. No free entertainment or drinks. Food okay. Won't fly with them again.

Comfort poor, little leg room, cabin temperature too hot. No free entertainment. No complementary drinks. Overal experience poor and would not travel with them again.

Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.

Changed flight terminals/gates twice. The staff and hospitality was good.

Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.

Used to be my "go to" airline but would be my last choice these days. I think some of the cabin crew believe it would be a great job if it wasn't for the customers.

I love travelling with British airways because everything is supper goog

Not that great. There were no entertainment screens, internet, or any way to track the flight path. The seats were fixed in order not to recline at all. The crew and the staff at the check-in counters were the only nice thing.

Experience was good. Could have been better if we didn’t have to board an hour before the flight to ghana and miss relaxing time in the lounge. That process was very stressful

my flight was canceled and rescheduled for two days later

They oversold and down graded me from Premium economy to coach. 75-pound compensation is insufficient if you chose a particular class. I get dehydrated and severe Charley Horse cramps. I requested a bottle of water, even half even less… but no- “We are only allowed to give water by the glass. Nonsense. Lastly, their planes now have a fixed barrier between seats. So even if your entire row is empty, you are confined to just your space. Lastly, London now requires a transit visa for $30 for US citizens. Never travel through London again

I love British Airlines but I think it’s time for a change. My seat was occupied by very large passengers sitting next to me,I felt very uncomfortable and very bad.I’m sorry but I have to say it.

We had to pay extra for seats and bags (even for an international flight). I paid for extra comfort seats, but it was under an overhead bin that the crew used for supplies. I paid extra hoping to get sleep. We were constantly woken up by the crew opening and closing the bins. Our seat shouldn't be considered extra comfort. We paid significantly more than the rest of the cabin for these seats
