Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. I am looking forward for Kayak to look into this issue with underpriced because they took my money and never booked the seats for me with the airline.

Okish. But for £550 , I’d have preferred a better experience
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between
Very good!! If at all, the business class chair/bed was bit small!! It’s because of older plane- as was told!
It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.
We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.
Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on
Ground crew at checkin in Hyderabad airport was terrible, they seem to be intent on being a pain to passengers. Folks made a huge fuss about size of backpack and made me rearrange contents to make it fit in the sizing slot. All for a flight that is 60-70% full.
Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again
Not a great experience. Food was very poor. Overall experience was mediocre to poor.
My baggage got struck in Rome while coming back from Hyderabad - SFO I missed my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad, and they were offering me a flight 3 days later. I had to purchase my ticket to go to Hyderabad.
Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good
This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience
The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
