All the crew members were too slow and rude. Most of the times the registers were empty, while hundreds of customers were waiting in line, and it was impossible to get a supervisor. Despite being in line on time, I missed my freight, plus a some customers who were ahead and behind me.

While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.

Our seat monitor did not Not work either way going to Vietnam. I had a bulkhead seat with plenty of room, but with No monitor, it was a long flight with no movies. Fun was good, staff was Excellent.
I will never ever book air india in the future. I was with my family and at delhi airport I had to go through too with horrible experience. My 12 years daughter saud that she will never come bqck to india the way people treated us. There was no line for bags drop off since we checked online and print tag at their Kiosk as per email instruction. People working at the counter were so careless and rude. They were keep talking to each other than taking care the customers. I will not recommend anyone to fly via air india. I had horrible experience. Especially, the staff at checking counters was very very rude and careless. I have feeling if air india won't change the way they doing their operations they will out of business in a few years. Air hostes were not happy . I did not see a smile on anyone in the plane. I called twice for the assistance and no one showed up. I hope you will sene this to the Hire authority.
