Everything good until we waited for jet bridge at SFO. Then pilot gets on speaker & said it won’t reach plane- too short, need to go to different gate. Then 5 min later, adjusted plane/jetbridge & all ok?!?
I was forced to check my carry-on backpack despite there being space - but it came out on the baggage carousel so fast it didn't even delay my pickup. Otherwise a good flight. Boarding began early (which was disadvantageous for me) but fine.
Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.
The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.
The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!
Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.
Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.
Pot and crew did a tremendous job landing in Savannah in the middle of the tropical storm. !!

Helpful attendants at check-in is very good. The $70 charge for a checked bags I didn't care for.and the constant charges for picking a seat and faster check-in are too much. Please cut the prices by at least 50% would be fantastic!
The MOST uncomfortable seat I've EVER experienced on ANY airlines. My wife & I were in agony at the end of the flight. NEVER AGAIN!
I liked the low price. I did not like the cramped passenger seats. As a below average size person I was cramped in the seat; I can only imagine how uncomfortable an average or large size person would be. I guess that is part of the deal with low cost airlines.
Everyone on the plane was wonderful. I can't say that the trip of flying was wonderful because I hadn't done that since I was 13 years old. Honestly I was terrified. What would make it better is if they didn't drive so fast but I know they have to. And if they could go up slowly and land slowly. But none of that they can control.
Cancelled after 3 hour delay with no aside from a rebooking three days later.
Would have been better if I would’ve made it on my flight but it was delayed twice and then canceled and now I’m stuck till Monday which was and extra 5 days I did not count on .
Delays and sending me to different terminal for departures. It looked very confusing and disorganized
Arrived to destination 2.5 days late due to cancellations and delays. I was rebooked over 24 hours after the original flight. This would have happened multiple times if I wouldn’t have bit the bullet and purchased another ticket through a different airline.
Crew was excellent. Flight was overbooked No seat assignment until the last moment.
