The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do

Checked baggage process is confusing and time consuming especially when checking oversized bags. Very slow agents didn't help.

Website from the 1990s, super frustrating customer support, inflight experience merely OK - more like United than e.g. Emirates

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.

Could had been better if they include in their menu some western food.

They 7 seats in one row for Business class while most business class for other airlines are 4 seats in one row. the seat was narrow. the Toilet was so smell, dimming light, no water out of faucet. Terrible.

Difficult to access advanced check-in online. No way to understand why it wouldn’t work. Call center not answering. Email for answers took days to respond, Kind service at the airport and on the flight made up for disappointing service before flight.

Excellent service and comfortable seats. Friendly and helpful staff. No food for a 3hr flight over lunch time which was surprising (or is that a feature of domestic flights in Japan?)

The flight was smooth, but there were not enough options for meals and I was given beef when I do not eat beef. The flight going was much better because we received more snacks.

This was a large plane with an upper deck. It seems like business was upstairs. If it was a US airline then I would say I sat in economy plus, but I think it was just economy. Though since ANA would not allow me to choose seats for the price it may have been plus. Lots of movies to choose from, and good service.

Thankful for the staff who provided blankets cause the plane was quite cold and no way to adjust the airflow in the seats next to the bathroom.

Uh there was a delay, because of the weather. And what took usually an hour flight to Louisville took about 6+ hours. Flight got canceled

There wasn't much entertainment for my short flight but the onboarding process was smooth and the crew provided wonderful service. The seats were also reasonably comfy. Great flight.

Flight attendant took good care of my mom as she boarded on and off the aircraft from her wheelchair. I did not care much for the food nor the movie options Available. I appreciated the increased legroom available in economy. This was one of the main reasons we chose the airline. Overall, the good value and I would fly again.

ANA was fine. LAX has some major problems. I needed a wheelchair and BKK and Narita were very good. I do have to remember NOT to tip in Japan. LAX however, was poor. first the attendant wasn't able to push me. The next person left me stranded in several locations. They would just leave me where ever they felt like; No logic to these locations. finally when we cleared immigration, they (there were several people who didn't seem to care about their job) left me in a large room with a baggage carousal. I tried to locate my luggage to no avail. meanwhile my connection was getting closer. I finally talked with Emir from ANA and he showed me to my carousal which was located a few rooms away from where LAX personnel stranded me. Emir also found a good wheelchair attendant to take me the rest of the way. Without Emir from ANA, I would still be stranded, given the amount of care shown by the first wheelchair attendants.

We have had better ANA experience. The crew are friendly.

Great airline all together - triple 7 for a short flight was a plus - lots of room

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation

체크인을 담당하는 승무원이 아주, 몹시 불친절하고 전문성이 현저하게 떨어졌습니다. The flight attendant in charge of the check-in was very, very unfriendly and markedly less professional.

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities

Poor hygiene in the lavatories. Limited control of passengers who often were up standing around my seat talking loudly with their friends.

Too many changes in departure time (4-5 times before the actual departure time was determined) with no reasons provided.

It was far better than what others had led me to expect. I would fly with them again. Don't expect all features of the entertainment system to work.

The plane interior was incredibly outdated. Nothing worked. My tray table was taped together (yes, TAPED!). None of the TV monitors worked. There were no buttons to turn on the overhead lights or call for a flight attendant. There was no indication of where we were or how long it would be till we got to our destination. This was a 15 hour flight btw. I was seated near the bathrooms and after a few hours on the flight, it smelled strongly of urine. It was sickening. There was only a USB charging outlet and you had to use your phone to watch movies through their WiFi. Somehow the outdated charger made it take so long to charge my devices. I paid for my seats and they definitely did a bait and switch on me. The seats I paid for were NOT the seats that I got. I will NEVER use this airline again and I highly recommend that others don't.

Terrible. Air India canceled my flight out of Kathmandu because of airport constructions but did not tell me. They should not be selling night flights out of Kathmandu right now that they know they will not honor. The staff was terrible and not helpful with my rebooking or compensating me.

Good experience, comfortable seats. Entertainment did not work but vista wifi and entertainment worked great.

Flight leg to and from IAD/Delhi was good. The leg to and from Delhi/KTM was terrible.

Business class recliners and entertainment system was not working, it essentially became economy travel at the cost of business

Food a little spicy for me, but I’m not a vegan. I would fly Air India again.
